2: Premieressay.com undertakes that the sole business activity of our company is to produce personalised custom written essays and dissertations. We never resell or distribute any work which has been custom written for our customers.

3: The customer agrees that the work with which they are supplied is the copyright of Premieressay.com and as such should not be passed off as the customer’s own work in full or in part. The work should never be resold or distributed by the customer after purchasing the work from Premieressay.com.

4: Premieressay.com employs independent writers who are solely responsible for the material you are about to purchase. Premieressay.com does not verify the accuracy of the materials you purchase from this website nor does it endorse or support the contents thereof. Accordingly, Premieressay.com does not take responsibility for the contents of any materials that you purchase from this website.

5: The customer agrees that the research work which is provided to them by Premieressay.com is for the sole purpose of research and should never be passed off or handed in to a university as their own work. Premieressay.com does not support this type of activity and will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of their services.

6: The customer agrees that the information given to them either on the phone or through email by Premieressay.com or its employees are opinions only and should not be treated as advice. Any opinions made by Premieressay.com's employees or affiliates are that of the individual and may not be taken to be the opinion of the company. Only the instructions given by the customer in the website order form are binding.

7: The customer agrees that they are taking full responsibility when ordering essays from Premieressay.com and that Premieressay.com is not liable for any decisions taken on behalf of the customer. The customer should always check with their university guidelines to make sure that purchasing from Premieressay.com does not contravene their universities rules.

8: The customer agrees that Premieressay.com offers rewrites and modifications only and will not issue a cash refund except in the following limited circumstances: (a) an error in the materials that you purchased that cannot be corrected by our free rewrite guarantee or (b) nonreceipt of material as long as you can prove that the material was not received. Premieressay.com reserves the right to cancel any order after it is placed in the event a qualified writer cannot be located. You will be given a full refund if and only if a qualified writer cannot be located.

9: The customer agrees that you may be entitled to a free rewrite in certain limited circumstances. However, if Premieressay.com feels, in its sole discretion, that you are requesting a rewrite so that you may copy the materials or hand in the materials as is for credit at an educational institution, Premieressay.com may refuse the rewrite. If Premieressay.com determines, in its sole discretion, that the information requested for the rewrite was not provided in the original order, Premieressay.com and this website may refuse the rewrite. In the event that you are entitled to a rewrite, Premieressay.com and this website has up to forty eight (48) hours to revise the materials pursuant to your request, based on the amount of revision that is needed. You are reminded that Premieressay.com only offers rewrites/modifications for completed assignments. Premieressay.com will not issue a refund if an assignment is completed.

10: The customer agrees that they should not rely on Premieressay.com’s research to an extent that any delay in delivery may cause any coursework deadlines to be missed, provided Premieressay.com has met your requested deadline.

11: The customer agrees that all work will be delivered to them to the email address on the original order form before midnight on the due date. Premieressay.com cannot guarantee the work to be delivered at any specific time on the actual due date.

12: The customer agrees that once an order is paid for Premieressay.com begins work and that the order may not be cancelled.

13: The customer agrees to be bound by Premieressay.com's strict No Refund policy. Only in exceptional circumstances where there has been non delivery of an essay or we are unable to amend an essay for the customer, Premieressay.com may at its discretion refund a payment to the customer.

14: The customer agrees that Premieressay.com provides all services subject to availability and that the services are being provided strictly as an academic support service. We do not offer or give any professional advice.

15: Premieressay.com's service is fully confidential and will never disclose any personal information of the customer to any third party.

16: The customer agrees that Premieressay.com will not be held liable for any lateness due to technical problems. If Premieressay.com returns your work late to you we will honour our discount rate.

17: Both parties agree that these terms and conditions are intended to be legally binding in accordance with British law and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
